Q. If I put a 1 in the order box, do I get 1 lollipop?
A. No; all of our bulk candy is priced and sold by the 1/4 Lb.
#1 in the order box would equal 1/4 Lb.
#2 in the order box would equal 1/2 Lb.
#3 in the order box would equal 3/4 Lb. and so on......

Q. Why do you sell by the 1/4 Lb.?
A. This offers the customer to purchase the amount they want.
You may only want to order 1/4 Lb. of one item and 2 Lbs. of another
item. This allows a customer the flexibility to customize their order.

Q. I can't find chocolate, I want chocolate, how come I can't find
chocolate?
A. Chocolates and Gummies are not available in the warm Summer
months.
This is because they melt in the heat. When trying to order Chocolates
or Gummies in the warm Summer months, you will get a message stating.....
"Item not available, warm weather perishable, see shipping
policies".
We could offer Cold Pack - Overnight Express shipping, but
no one wants to pay
$35.00 to $65.00 for Express overnight shipping.

Q. Do you carry sugar free candy?
A. We carry nothing but sugar free candy.

Q. What will my shipping charges come to?
A. All shipping charges are set as a % of the total order. Weight
and distance are the two variables. The larger the order, and the longer the
distance the order has to travel are the two issues that affect the price of shipping.

Q. Why do customers from Illinois and Nevada have to pay taxes?
A. It is very common for a company to have a business license in
more than one state. All companies have to collect, report and pay taxes in
accordance with the states that their business licenses are issued from. In
this case, Illinois customers pay 10.00% tax on candy that does not contain
wheat, and 2.25% on candy that does contain wheat. Nevada customers would pay
tax according to the county they live in.

Q. Where do your candies come from?
A. We offer American made sugar free candy, and Import sugar free candy.
We sell only candies that come from countries that have strictly
regulated manufacture and production processes.

Q. What about free shipping?
A. There is no such thing as a "free ride".
Any company that offers free shipping, is not offering free shipping at
all.They make up for the "free shipping" by excessively over charging for
their products.

Q. Do you have nutritional information and ingredients listed on the
products you sell?
A. Yes, at the bottom of each manufacture main page, there is a
clickable link to that companies products. The only time we do not offer
nutritional information or ingredients; is when the manufacture can not
provide this information.
